Getting your paperwork together before you approach PES University’s admissions office saves you a lot of last-minute stress. Here’s a practical breakdown of every document you’ll need for management quota admission.
The foundational documents are your academic records.
You’ll need the original Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate along with three attested photocopies of each. PES University Management Quota the same goes for Class 12 — original mark sheet, passing certificate, and copies. These are non-negotiable.
For entrance exam records: the JEE Main 2026 scorecard is mandatory.
Bring the original and at least two photocopies. If your child appeared for KCET 2026, bring the rank card as well.
From your previous institution, you’ll need the Transfer Certificate (TC) in original — no photocopies will do here. If your child is coming from a school outside Karnataka, a Migration Certificate is also required. PES University Management Quota A Study Certificate or Bonafide Certificate from the last attended institution rounds out the school records.
If your family belongs to a reserved category-SC, ST, OBC, EWS, or other — bring the original Caste or Community Certificate. While this is listed as applicable rather than mandatory for all, having it ready avoids delays.
For NRI, PIO, or Gulf Quota applicants, additional documents are needed:
passport copies for both the student and parent, a valid Visa or Residency Permit, an Employment Certificate from the international employer, and a Certificate from the Indian Embassy or Consulate verifying your status.
For the seat booking, you’ll need a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “PES University – General Fund,” payable at Bangalore. The exact amount will be communicated by the admissions office at the time of selection.
Finally, carry passport-sized photographs — take more than you think you need. Keep originals and copies in separate folders so you’re not scrambling at the counter. Arriving organised makes a genuine difference in how smoothly the process goes.
